The Talk

One of the officers in charge of the case spoke to Ron. They questioned him to see if he knew about Stephanie’s whereabouts. Barger noticed that though he may have seemed nervous, he was actually very forthcoming. Either he was a very good liar or he really had nothing to hide. Though he may have seemed genuine, they still couldn’t take him out from the list of suspects. After all, they had to look for clues in every nook and cranny.

A Holiday Passed

The cops never gave up on their search. Though, things did slow down on Thanksgiving Day. While the other enforcers took a day of rest, Barger made the decision to continue her search. Thanksgiving evening came and she was already agitated. There was only one thought in her mind, and that was she needed to locate Stephanie’s body immediately.
