Who Exactly Was The Shooter?

Police eventually found out that the person who had shot at the CBP Officer was an 18-year old guy named Thomas Jacob Lewis IV. And what investigators were going to find out about his background was going to be quite telling, although it still wouldn’t make much sense why he had shot at this particular officer.

He Was A Wanted Man

Once police were able to positively ID the shooter, his name would also become synonymous with drugs. Apparently, there was an ‘active arrest warrant’ out on him. He was being investigated for the selling and dealing drugs, all at the young age of 18-years.
