14. Airplane Seats Are Dirtier Than You Think
No matter how lovely the airplane seat you are sitting in, it doesn’t mean that it’s clean. In fact, there’s so much bacteria found on an airplane, and that’s mostly because it has nowhere to go. It’s said that a regular person sheds at least 30,000 to 40,000 skin cells per day, which means that a pretty good number of those are left behind on the seat you were just on. And considering the amount of people that ride that exact same plane per day just means that there’s that much more dead skin cells are left on the seat.
