6. Count The Rows To The Exits
According to the crew, if things go down, meaning the airplane starts to take a sudden nosedive, or there are issues on the flight like a burning engine, you need to know the closest exit to your seat. This isn’t anything you don’t hear during the security check that the crew performs before the flight takes off. But something wrong happening can also mean smoke inside the cabin of the airplane. So rather than looking for the Exit Row, you should count how many rows it is from where you’re seated to the Exit Row closest to you. That way, if you have zero visibility, you’ll still know by counting the nearest, and quickest, way out.
