Last Words

It was remarkable how Cuesta was able to relay her experiences to the cops before she passed away. And for the authorities, a dying declaration is a very compelling piece of evidence. What she said was recognized in court and was considered to be very convincing. And in the end, while she lost her life, she had actually won. This was one thought that comforted Ray. She gave peace not just to herself but also to the family she left behind.

Good Samaritans

More importantly, Ray Cuesta is truly thankful for the good Samaritans who found her on the side of the road and gave her help at the right time. He only hopes that someday, he be given the chance to personally show gratitude to the men who were there to give her comfort. But as for now, he continues to fight for justice. The two people who cut her life short are now behind bars. Cuesta was able to muster enough strength to tell the cops who her killers were. As her family and as people who unconditionally loved her, they will make sure to live through her legacy of strength and endurance. There may be regrets but while they can never bring her back, they will make sure to tell everyone what she lived for.
