YouTube career
It wasn’t too long ago when Logan started his career online, starting out on the video sharing service, Vine in 2013. By 2014, his followers reached 3.1 million in various social media platforms, making him quite the influential figure on Vine. By the end of 2015, the YouTuber’s short videos on Vine had earned him thousands of dollars in advertising income, prompting him to start sharing them on his YouTube account named TheOfficialLoganPaul, an account with over 4 million viewers. He also started a daily vlog on YouTube called Logan Paul Vlogs, beating his first account with over 15 million viewers worldwide.
Still going strong
In January of 2018, Logan Paul’s YouTube’ channel was dropped from the Google Preferred program, a service that determines rates for advertisements shown on popular channels such as his. This was following a controversial posting of a video he took in Japan, that of a dead man who had apparently committed suicide by hanging. Despite his apologies, earnings from his videos and brand endorsements have decreased, but avid fans still showed support, keeping his business going.
His current earnings: $14.5 million
