Don’t Call It Eastern Europe
Don’t say that Poland is part of Eastern Europe, because it’s not. Despite the fact that Poland was once ‘under Soviet influence during the Cold War,’ the country is actually part of Central Europe. And should you mistakenly say different, the Polish will be quick to correct you, unapologetically at that.
