Don’t Forget To Tip
Just like in the States, tipping in Poland is customary. While a 10% tip is acceptable, and normally already included in your bill at the end of a meal, a 15% tip should be given when service is exemplary. And if you happen to hand over the payment and say “Thank you” at the same time, don’t expect to get any change at all as they’ll assume that whatever change is left over is meant for them to keep.
