6. Don’t Forget to Tip

Tipping in Cuba is encouraged and by giving a gratuity after being served, you are helping someone make ends meet. Daily wages in Cuba are quite low for many of its citizens and since the cost of living is high, their salaries are barely enough to survive on. Many of those who make a living in the tourism trade rely on tips to boost their income so please, don’t forget to tip.
