If your child must have a doll that encourages surgery, then might as well make it Erwin. While he’s strangely wearing half a doctor’s uniform, he also happens to be the patient. Maybe that’s why his face shows a fair amount of surprise, he probably never thought that he’d be the one getting operated on.
