Falling In Love And Getting Married

Although Bourdin claims that he was cautious of Isabelle the first time they met, eventually he realized how very true she was, and they fell in love and one year after, decided to tie the knot. He shares, “I’ve always been a wall. A cold wall.” But it would seem that now his walls have been broken down, and now he’s a ‘reformed’ family man. He had even said of his first child, “My baby can have three arms and three legs. It doesn’t matter. I don’t need my child to be perfect. All I want is that this child feels love.”

His Life Now

These days, Bourdin spends his time taking care of his 5 children. He’s even gone on to say, “I’m a dad of 5 now… I miss my old life, my freedom, hell I don’t even have a criminal record left in France… But nothing in this world could make me abandon my wife, kids and pets… I wish you could have followed my childhood and my past life through your very eyes instead of getting glimpses of it through the lying eyes of those who see themselves as a reporter.” And maybe from this particular statement that Bourdin has made, we can know a little more of what he means… He says, “When you fight monsters, be careful that… you do not become one.” Sounds like sound advise coming from a self-proclaimed sinner.
