It Wasn’t His First Attack On A Woman
His 2005 charge was for beating a woman using a tire iron. And according to a Corrections Department spokesperson, Russ Marlan, “The parole board generally doesn’t give a rationale for why or why they don’t parole [an inmate.] I looked at his behavior in prison. He was pretty good. He had six misconducts over five years. That’s a small amount. He was in minimum security the entire time.”
Other Felonies
Ramsey had other felonies that he was convicted for like ‘destruction of police or fire property and resisting police,’ aside from his 2005 charge. When he took the CMU student, he held her up using just a BB-gun, but the harm he did to her after taking her proved that he was a felon for a reason.
