Her Own View

As for Brown, fate certainly has a way of making things come a full circle. She was thankful for the nurses during her stay at the hospital, and this time around, she could be that very nurse who could make their experience more bearable. She aims to be there for the patients at all times.

Being There

For Brown, her main goal is simply to be the nurse who totally understands what these young ones are going through. She is there to tell them that they can make it through because she can give herself as an example. She has fought hard and has been successful at it. She can give these children hope. More importantly, she can tell them exactly why it is important to never give up. She never did and look where she is today. She has truly been inspirational, not just to her family, but also to those who have had the opportunity to be with her.
