List thought he was scot-free until a TV series called America’s Most Wanted was shown. A woman was watching the show when she caught sight of the man’s picture. She immediately knew that he was her neighbor, Robert Clark. She called the cops and the rest, as they say, was history. He was convicted and jailed in 1990.
