First Attempt

Around Thanksgiving of 2004, Tami had attempted to poison Brown. She made pudding for him and insisted that he eat it. However, he noticed how the two bites tasted funny. He also started feeling dizzy not too long after. She then took out the insurance policy and forced him to sign it. He stuck to his decision and said no. That was when she left, taking the pudding with her.

Fighting Back

This new piece of information about Tami’s ex was given to the prosecutors. However, the defense lawyer fought back and said that the interview with Brown should be inadmissible. After all, this wasn’t related to the present case and unless the defense themselves opened it, the past shouldn’t be brought up. Unfortunately, the judge agreed.
