Going to Trial

The case had quickly built up. The authorities gathered what they could, talked to witnesses, and presented evidence to the judge. On the stand was a local store clerk who spoke to Tami just before she opened the store at seven in the morning. She noticed how the woman acted strange and when asked how she was, Tami said that she had found Alan dead that morning.

Another On The Stand

Next on the stand was Tami’s neighbor, Jennifer Melton. She said that the accused knocked on her door early in the morning, but before she could answer, Tami left. The only thing she saw after was her tying the dogs outside the home. She never heard from Tami after but kept wondering what she needed.
