Another Witness

This time, Ruddell, took the stand and shared what he knew about the case. He said that at around 7:30 that same morning, Tami had called him. She said that Alan was outside and was unconscious. The stories put together just didn’t go quite smoothly. People around got different versions of what happened, which could actually mean that she wasn’t telling the truth.

The Accused Questioned

The prosecutor noticed the inconsistency and asked Tami why she didn’t think about approaching the police before getting help from people around. She blamed her actions on her poor memory and her reaction to shock. However, this didn’t sit well to those who have heard the excuse. It seemed that with every story heard and presented, she just didn’t get her facts straight from the very beginning.
