North Korea has a mandatory conscription enlisting 110,000 officers in their air force, Military Embedded Systems reported. The military spending estimates about $7 billion per year while its people starve in the cold. They have 800 fighter planes and 750 naval vessels; however, the country has a hard time obtaining replacement parts for their planes, weapons, and ships due to the UN’s international sanctions.
