Bombing In Omagh
Differences in Ideologies have divided mankind for centuries and sometimes, the fiery passion of some individuals or groups to drive their agendas turn violent in an attempt to disrupt and hurt their opposition, hurting innocent people that get caught in the crossfire such as what happened in this photo.
The red car beside the man and the boy was a bomb strategically placed in a busy area in Omagh by the Real Irish Republican Army. After the photograph was taken, a massive explosion from the car bomb rocked the surrounding area, killing 31 people including the photographer. Miraculously, the father and son pair survived the attack.
