Another Possible Victim
On January 8, 2006, Officer Andrew Romo happened to be patrolling an area at the South Mountain Reservation when an assortment of black trash bags were found on the ground, along what seemed to be a Dracula mask. When he opened up the bags, it was the remains of a human being that had been meticulously dismembered.
