DNA testing proved that what was left of the mutilated body belonged to one Viktor Alekseyev. Although the other body parts were complete, the head, feet and hands had never been found. After all the information they received from Raviel Khassanchine, the FBI finally felt that they had enough of a case against Dmitriy Yakovlev to finally put him behind bars.
