Found Once Again

Luckily for the authorities, they found Burgess again sometime late September, back in Florida. He had been using the alias ‘Logan Anderson.’ He had even acquired fake identification using the same name, such as a Social Security Card and Driver’s License. When he was once again extradited to Los Angeles, his bail was set at $500,000, making it twice as steep to pay his way out.

Still Searching For Donna

On October 10, Burgess was convicted for 3 years for failing to register as a sex offender. Despite the fact that this had nothing to do with Donna, the family could at least be assured that whom they believed had any knowledge of Donna’s disappearance and possible death was, currently, behind bars. They needed to find more evidence tying him to her abduction while they continued to search for her whereabouts.
