The Charges Against Her
After everything, New York State Police Major, William Keeler, declared her case closed, iterating, “The Rachael Mattice case has been closed by the arrest of Rachael Mattice.” And while she is still being charged for ‘falsely reporting an incident,’ she will still stand to face charges for ‘criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance outside its original container.’
