Police work even harder to find the damning evidence they needed in order to arrest Scott, searching San Francisco Bay off Point Richmond. They didn’t have any luck at first, but then finally, on April 13, a body of a full-term infant washed up upon the Richmond shoreline. Then the next day, the mutilated body of a woman was found at Point Isabel, only a mile away from that of the baby boy.
