The Laci and Connor Law
Since their murder, the ‘Unborn Victims Of Violence Act’ law, also known as the ‘Laci And Connor Law,’ was signed by then President George W. Bush. The law basically states that it is a criminal offense to ‘harm a fetus when assaulting a pregnant woman.’ This now gives unborn babies many more rights, as good as those for any child born and already outside the womb should have.
