Realizing It Wasn’t A Dream But An Actual Nightmare

Sadly for Rosalynn, the event kept happening over and over again, and she realized that what she may have thought was just a bad dream, happened to be an actual nightmare. Although to the outside world, they would seem like a normal family, it was actually the farthest thing from the truth. And to make things seem like it was all candy and roses, Piette had even thrown a ‘quinceañera’ for Rosalynn’s 13th birthday. But what people didn’t know was that apparently there was a lot more going on at home than anyone else could know, or actually imagine.

Leaving Him

Strangely, the day before he was scheduled to marry Rosalynn’s mother, Piette reportedly took Rosalynn to a van to be ‘married’ by the 15-year old son of Piette. And sometime later, Rosalynn’s mother, who had been privy to Piette’s violent ways, found out about the sexual abuse before she and Piette were truly married, and thankfully she decided to leave Piette once and for all. Rosalynn thought that the torture would finally end.
