Coming to the Conclusion

After intensive research, the FBI came to a possible scenario. They believed that the men involved were actually members of a criminal organization, possibly the mafia, based in the mid-Atlantic or New England. The stolen paintings were moved from state to state before these were sold. However, after these were moved to Connecticut and Philadelphia, there were no further clues available.

Years After

After exhaustive investigation, the FBI stumbled upon a new clue in 2013. They believed that they finally knew the identity of the thieves. However, when the year 2015 came, the men behind the investigation found out that there suspects have actually died. Once again, they were at an impasse and they had to look for new avenues.
