Not Enough

Unfortunately, while Kelly did have other names on his list of suspects, there just wasn’t enough proof to link anyone to the actual heist. Missing Evidence

Then, the FBI decided to take the DNA route. However, the evidence collected went missing. The authorities had the duct tape and the handcuffs that possibly contained evidence of the thieves. Unfortunately, no one was able to collect these items from the lab. It seemed as if these items disappeared into thin air.
