Jazz The Place To Be In
Though New Orleans is known to be the birthplace of jazz, Kansas City has its own special take on this music genre headed north. You will feel the “jazz” in day to day life as it seems to set the mood of life in the city. The American Jazz Museum hosts music performances all throughout the year, but really gets swinging with the Annual 18th and Vine Jazz and Blues Festival in October.
