When Dayton attempted to ask the Airbnb management for help, his requests were originally ignored. But eventually, the company realized their mistake and decided to help him out. Dayton shared, “At the end of the day, you are renting to a stranger. You should check… ID’s and phone numbers to make sure they match.” Lesson learned.
