What they eventually found out was that the two brothers were video game developers who were delayed with the submission of their products. They had been given $40,000 by Kickstarter Campaigns, but still didn’t have anything to show for it. When Tschogl finally saw her apartment again after the brothers split, she shares, “There was no crazy damages. Everything was actually in good condition. So it was like, anti-climactic.” But despite that, she still says if she keeps the property, “I’ll definitely change everything out if I’m going to keep it and keep renting it.”
