Jessica Penzari decided to rent out her New York apartment while she was away for a couple of days. The renter had said that she was in the army, so Penzari thought her place would be in good hands. How wrong she was. She wouldn’t have even known that her place was in the hands of someone so repugnant if police didn’t contact her. Apparently, there was a situation with her army renter and one of the renter’s ‘clients.’
