Ari Teman decided to rent out his Chelsea apartment for the evening to David Carter, a Fed-Ex employee who said he was in NY for a wedding. Little did Teman know that this guy was going to end up throwing what became famously known as the “XXX Freak Fest,” which was basically an orgy where Carter charged $20 – $25 a head for people to join in. When Teman returned to the apartment 5 hours later, he found his place overrun by sex fiends. There were 18 men walking around, nude photos strewn all over, and his white couch destroyed and stained with who knows what.
