In this case, it wasn’t the Airbnb renter that was the problem, but the sketchy host. A 19-year old Jacob Lopez decided to take a trip to Madrid from Rhode Island, hoping to have a wonderful time in Spain. But upon his arrival, he would get the shock of his young life.

A Host From Hell

His host was actually a transgender male who was living as a woman. Alone in her apartment with Lopez, she attempted to kiss him, and told him to undress. Lopez shares that he was then sexually molested, but he was able to escape to his rented room and lock the door. He said he then heard the host searching for knives in the kitchen, so he quickly called his mom to ask for help. Luckily for Lopez, he was able to get free and run to police for help. Hopefully, no one else will be victimized now that the host has been reported to the authorities.
