Ari Teman decided to rent out his Chelsea apartment for the evening to David Carter, a Fed-Ex employee who said he was in NY for a wedding. Little did Teman know that this guy was going to end up throwing what became famously known as the “XXX Freak Fest,” which was basically an orgy where Carter charged $20 – $25 a head for people to join in. When Teman returned to the apartment 5 hours later, he found his place overrun by sex fiends. There were 18 men walking around, nude photos strewn all over, and his white couch destroyed and stained with who knows what.

Turning It Into An Orgy Fest

Irritatingly for Teman, he was then kicked out of his apartment and had issues getting any realtors to back him since his name was now in a “database of purportedly risky renters.” Despite Airbnb management attempting to do what they could to help Teman after the events that happened, he still had to go through over 20 apartments afterwards, never knowing where he was going to sleep next. His name is now tainted due to a bad rental to one unscrupulous fellow.
