Mark and Star King, from Calgary, Canada, had placed their home on the Airbnb site to rent out. When a group of people contacted them to say they needed a place to stay to attend a wedding in the area, it seemed like the perfect set up. When they handed over their keys to the renters, they thought that everything would be fine. Then the Kings began getting worrisome messages from neighbors just a few hours after they left.

Coming Home To A Huge Mess

The group of 4 soon became a group of 100. A bus had arrived after the Kings left with an unbelievable number of people pouring out of it, and into their home. Apparently, the foursome was throwing a huge party and the King’s home was getting trashed. When the Kings made it back, the party was still in full swing, so they threw everybody out. Disgustingly, they found leftover drugs, condoms in their toilets, and their couches were ruined. In the end, the damage to their home was a staggering $75,000.
