Finally Taking A Toll

Eventually, as time went on, Kach began to feel the weight of her situation on her shoulders. She thought at the time that, “I was fine at first. I thought I was in love and felt my sacrifices were a labor of love for Tom Hose. Soon, however, the ordeal began to take its toll.” Then a surprising event happened, Hose finally allowed Kach to leave the house, but under a new identity.

Getting A New Alibi

Finally, around 4 years after being stuck inside the house, Hose made Kach dye her hair another color and gave her a new name, Nikki Diane Allen. He told her that Tanya Nicole Kach ‘no longer existed’ and this was her new life. And although Kach was getting tired of her life with Hose, she was always afraid to leave because Hose would always tell her that he would find a way to get to her and that he would kill her when he did.
