John Steven Burgess, A Lying Sex Offender
Sinjin Stevens was not who he said he was, in fact, he was a convicted sex offender who had failed to register his convictions, which was against the law. When he took Donna on the back of his motorcycle, her family never thought that they would never see her again. It was later found out that Donna had overdosed from a plethora of drugs, and Burgess threw her body into the ocean. Sadly for the Jou family, Burgess only served half of his already very short sentence.
