Jennifer Kesse was a strong-willed, independent and beautiful young woman, slowly making her way up the corporate ladder. Working in the finance section of a Florida timeshare company, she knew what she wanted from her young life and was going after it. She made the decision to buy a condominium that was still in the middle of construction, being only one of a few tenants living in one of the new apartment buildings.
