It Broke Their Family Apart

Sadly for the Robinette family, Wayne couldn’t get over the fact that his wife, Phyllis had allowed her to date David in the first place. In fact, it was said that not only did Louise’s parents get a divorce just two years after Louise got married, but Pastor Wayne stopped his ‘itinerant evangelical preaching.’ Teresa even went on to say, “He still went to church, he still lived for God, but he stopped preaching.’

Horrible Memories

Louise’s younger sister had only been 3 years old when all of this had happened. And yet, even at such a young age, she would carry the horrible memories of what had occurred into adulthood. She explains, “I remember my aunt crying and my grandma and my mom and my dad and my cousin Patricia and some other kids in our family, and we were all just crying.”
