27. Fighter jet

A supersonic, twin-engine F/A-18 Hornet fighter jet was also auctioned on eBay on 2004. It was first bought from a scrap yard. Later, the owner offered to restore the plane for a “Buy It Now” bargain price of $9-million. Unfortunately, no one bought the plane.

28. Window frame from JFK’s shooter

On February 16, 2007, the actual window frame from the building where Lee Harvey Oswald fired off those shots that killed John F. Kennedy went up for sale on eBay. There were a total of 188 bids, and the item was sold for $3,001,501.
