With environmentalists on Thunder’s trail, Interpol had actually released a purple notice on the rogue Thunder. Not many of the fishing ships garnered this level of criminality. In fact, there are only four known vessels in the world who were issued such notice. This is equivalent to being in the most wanted list, and the FV Thunder was at the very top. Sadly, the high seas had weak laws and no government wanted to fund or dedicate police to watch over the oceans. Hence, trawlers ran amok and were able to catch millions of dollars worth of expensive and endangered species of fish.
