The find seemed to corroborate with Daniel’s great-grandfather’s story. It was between the months of November and December of 1944 when the German fighter plane crashed into the family’s property. But where’s the plane or what’s left of it?

Daniel’s great-grandfather wasn’t sure if the plane remained buried in the boggy soil. The German occupiers may have quickly removed the plane’s debris from the crash site, making it hard to ascertain that a plane had indeed crashed into the farm.
