Snoop Dogg

Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr., more popularly-known as Snoop Dogg, is no stranger to being in trouble with the law. The producer, rap artist and actor lived a troubled life as a teen, rolling with Long Beach’s Rollin’ 20 Crips gang, frequenting jail for various offenses including cocaine possession.

In 1993, Snoop Dogg was charged with first-degree murder, serving 3 years in prison, after figuring in an altercation where a rival gang member was shot by his bodyguard, McKinley Lee. He was later acquitted in 1996 and vowed to himself to stay clear of gang-related activities since then.
