Clovis Cemetary

Aundria was buried in the Clovis Cemetery in California. She leaves behind her mother Gail, and her grandparents Don and Jody. Everyone remembers Aundria to be strong, a go-getter and very independent. After her death, one of her classmates, Majesta Cuizon, said, “It’s changed how we all live here. There’s a little more of an impact when there’s actually an empty chair and you realize that the girl is gone. I don’t even take the trash out alone anymore at night.”

Where She Lays

Aundria’s grave has ballet shoes and a horse inscribed on the sides, two things that she loved. Her family and friends remain devastated by her loss, most especially her mother Gail. They went on to describe her as “a determined and friendly, fun-loving young woman she had grown to be.” It also says on her grave marker, “Though taken in darkness, you will live in light forever.”
