An Ex-Con And Known Sex Offender

Rex Allan Krebs was a prior felon who had been out of prison after serving 10 years of a 20-year sentence. He had been sent to jail for two prior rapes, one of which he disabled one of the women with a screwdriver. Apparently, he spent his time incarcerated quietly, making sure that he didn’t stir up trouble. He knew that if the other prisoners knew of his crimes, they would make him pay for it. So he made sure to keep his head down.

Let Out Too Early

Since Krebs adhered to all the rules, the prison decided to give him early parole for good behavior. That was 10 whole years of supposed jail time that he no longer had to serve. This was despite the fact that the Superior Court Judge Fredman, who handled his case, had said he had a “high degree of viciousness and callousness.” Yet despite that, Krebs was given permission to leave.
