Never Moving On
The Halison family was left destroyed by what they had gone through. They were in shambles after years of wondering if Wendy’s killer would ever pay for the crime he committed. Her parents left her room the way it was and Kort never drove by the place where her body was found. In fact, he always felt sick in the pit of his stomach whenever he’d see a Ford Thunderbird. However, as difficult as the years were, they held on to the very little hope they had left.
Constantly Checking In
Wendy’s father would still visit the police station from time to time just to check on new developments. While he always got a negative answer, he’d continue to see if there had been changes, especially with the new technology now available. However, the phrase “time heals all wounds” didn’t apply to her family.
