The Runions touched so many lives with their penchant for charity work and basically just because of the goodness of their hearts. This photo shows someone paying tribute to them by leaving flowers by a bicycle that someone had left as a symbol of their amazing deeds.

Loved By Many

The Runions were very loved by many in their community, so their loss was highly devastating for most. After their deaths, neighbors and other ex-veterans continued to pay tribute to them at their Georgia home. An American flag even hung half-mast in recognition of Bud and his wife, and their amazing history of helping others.
