A friend of Richard learned about his dream and shared with him that he had an old decrepit cabin in Missouri. The cabin had been practically abandoned since the 90’s, and the owner had no use for it anymore. The two went to see it and when they got there, the cabin was truly disheveled.

Upon seeing the state that it was in, the original owner believed that it was in such a horrible case that nobody would want it, the owner included. But Richard’s brilliant mind already saw so many possibilities, and he knew he wanted it then and there. He knew he needed to do something to make it official.
