Richards’s friend wanted to just give him the cabin for free, but Richard wanted to make sure that it was truly his. He and his friend decided that $100 was a fair price for the place. So he paid his friend the hundred bucks to seal the deal. And once all things were said and done, Richard’s mind went into overdrive, already thinking about how he was going to build his dream cabin in the middle of the woods.

Knowing that he didn’t want to spend too much money on the restoration, he decided to enlist the help of his family to restore it.
